Ethiopia is the most mountainous country in Africa, making it a perfect environment for growing fancy coffee. It makes sense that it is the country's most exported crop.
We bring you this excellent light roast to start your morning on a bright note with hints of chocolate and caramel from the high altitudes of the Sidama Zone. It is our private label coffee roasted to perfection in California.
Even better, it is available to be shipped regularly on subscription with free shipping! As for the grind - we'd recommend getting the whole beans, so you have options at home.
Coffees from Ethiopia are typically light in body and brighter in acidity, so they are better as a filtered coffee than they are through a French Press or espresso. You can use an automatic dripper or a Chemex as long as the beans are fresh roasted and ground fresh. With our beans, you'll never have to worry about this!
As with all of our coffees, full bean orders are roasted and shipped the same day. Ground beans are roasted and ground the day before shipping, then packaged and shipped the following day.
