Papua New Guinea Medium Roast Coffee
Story of the Roast
This coffee is a sweet, medium roast grown in the mountains on the eastern half of the island nation of Papua New Guinea. It can have a bit more oils than coffee from South and Central America and provide a full body. Because of this, brewing in either a French Press or a course-filter pour-over will do best as it gives the oils the best chance to flow through, mixing with the rest of your coffee.
We have loved this coffee as a cold brew in the summer - or any time of the year that you're in the mood.
Like all of our coffees, this is our private label coffee roasted to perfection in California. Even better, it is available to be shipped regularly on subscription with free shipping! We have full bean or ground varieties - we recommend getting the whole beans or standard ground.
Bright, but mellow flavors - perfect for a morning after the rain!
